今天跟往常一样又迟到了！不过今天有人帮我sign in！最开心的是老板娘在家上班!EMRS is just like a 天堂inG 减肥减肥我要减肥...这可不是开玩笑的哦 I ran 4 rounds abt 1.6km再接再厉，加油！你一定行的！3年没运动了没想到自己还可以跑4圈 :-) 前一阵子我还连一个sit up都做不了（笨死了），还好发现的早要不然后果不堪设想。跑玩步觉得整个人精神多了！明天continue努力....再见了我的肥肉
